I would have never been able to tackle renovating my apartment without Lisa’s expert advice. On top of being a great designer, she is also an excellent project manager. I was intimidated to attempt planning a renovation on my own and was thankful that I found her. Lisa found the right balance between listening and guiding. I was often indecisive and was also working on a tight budget. She was patient and helped me overcome design/decision making paralysis. She created a mood board which she was constantly revising. At times I thought she was a mind reader especially when I did not always articulate my own personal style. I appreciated her attention to pricing and she provided me different options. She advised me where to go big and where to save. Lisa carefully designed the whole apartment and the flow of the space. She communicated directly with my contractor (who was also great) and together they created a beautiful, serene and functional home. She also coordinated deliveries and liaised with my co-op board. It was a huge relief not to have to worry about technicalities like how much backsplash tile to order, whether furniture would fit, and COI's. She searched for the right pieces with the correct dimensions until she found them. Lisa expertly optimized the space where I comfortably live, work and entertain. My apartment was magically transformed into a Brooklyn modern haven that is stylish, warm and sophisticated. I love what she did and working with her.
